Mountain Bike Camps

Mountain Bike Camps have become very popular and the sport is benefiting from first class coaching. Riding over difficult terrain brings an adrenaline rush and bikers are fond of to meet to get better their skills, participate against one another and to meet people. Located at scenic resorts in Europe, Dirttribe Mountain Biking Summer Camps draw bikers of all ages from across the world. The program caters for beginners, intermediate, advanced and professionals; and the coaches teach on freestyle and downhill techniques. There is a Full Board or Non-residential Mountain Bike Camp with a Full Board Residential option for boys and girls aged 10 - 17 years. These junior camps have 24-hour administration. The camps welcome family and group bookings, including colleges, schools and clubs.

Family members that each want to do different activities can take part in diverse types of camp, run concurrently. Thus, mountain biking will run next to the Ski or Snowboard Camps, Triathlon Camps and Multi Activity Camps. Vail, Colorado is the HQ for Vail Mountain Bike Camps. Bikers of all abilities are welcome and they will be coached on the fundamentals of the sport. The company provides private and group tuition at 3-Day Camps for children aged 7 - 13 years old. It is not just about racing and the program includes bike preservation and security.

This gives riders self-assurance and realistic know how to deal with any situation. The Women’s Weekends are organized by the ex-professional racer Mia Stockdale. Vail also run Adult Skills Workshops that last for 3 hours and involve practicing on a flat, grass surface followed by a ride with coaching. Members are placed in groups according to ability and they join in the Skills Workshop, Bike Maintenance Workshop and coaching sessions. The Green Mountains of Vermont is the setting for the Coyote Hill Mountain Bike Camps. Training is given over miles of trails and there is a Slalom Course for practice. Bikers assist to put up some of the trails and learn about bike workings. Camps are run for small groups, in order that personal consideration is guaranteed.

The bunk style lodging provided is relaxed and there is a friendly atmosphere with group activities, such as bonfires, cookouts, swimming, volleyball matches and Ultimate Frisbee. The Coyote Hill Downhill / Freeride Traveling Camp is an amusing Mountain Bike Camp on the move with trips to freeride parks and lift assisted downhill riding areas in Vermont and New Hampshire. Coyote Hill Day Camps are organized for riders aged 8 - 12 years old. They get coaching on riding the trails and bike maintenance. It’s a fun day for the children with games and swimming in between the training. Adult Weekend Getaways consist of a Mechanics Clinic and a Bike Fit Clinic. Bikers practice on a sole track and then go for long, trail rides. For children aged 12 - 17 years old overnight Camps are run where they will be taught training methods, the skills needed for racing and how to repair a bike.
